However, these days Shopify sites are more than adequate for a large number of businesses who want to sell online. The template designs have improved drastically, the plugins and apps that you can add on are plentiful and often free or cheap for the key ones.

The backend system for the shop itself is excellent and there is as much e-commerce functionality and compatibility as you could possibly hope for.
