Shop front

Well known Estate Agents Fry&Kent came to me and asked that I take a look at their new office space. After a discussion we had a clear idea of our aim. Create something that elegantly reflected what Fry & Kent do. They would be handling some of their premier ‘Signature’ properties from this location so it needed to stand out from their other offices.

I quickly came up with the idea of using a lion knocker to give this arm of their business some individuality.  However it was important that the Fry & Kent brand wasn’t changed too much, so a brushed silver logo balanced things nicely.

The window needed to house the display screens and frame them effectively. Turning the shop into a home, I gave the door and windows different features commonly found on a town house doorstep.  The result was another great looking shop front to add to my collection on Marmion Road, Southsea. Look across the road and you’ll see Medusa Hairdressing and a few doors down is the Daisy Chain Gift shop. Who’s next I wonder?
